Mikant Ltd was created in 1992 as the Ukrainian Trade Mark, Patent & Design registration Company. We were one of the first who started private patent practice in the independent Ukraine. At the beginning we dealt mainly with re-registration of Ex-USSR and the new patent and trademark applications in Ukraine.
Nowadays, we handle National and International Trademark applications, National and International Patent applications, Eurasian Patent applications, Litigation in Russia and Ukraine.
Our company represents interests of more than thousand clients from Europe, USA, Japan and other countries and co-operate with patent and trademark attorneys from all over the world.
Following needs of our clients a department in Russia was created in 1999. The Russian Department is operated from the head office in Ukraine, nevertheless you can call or send your mail directly to Russia.
